The Work

We don't sell software. We build the system your company runs on.

Two things make up a TMI build: the ops systems we install and hand over, and the digital employees, AI agents, that run them. We take a business on whiteboards, spreadsheets, binders, and phone calls and replace it with one operation that runs itself.

What we build

Stack the right digital employees together and you get a system. We install that system and hand it to you. That is your operating infrastructure, owned outright, no monthly license.

Ops systems · installable infrastructure

Real systems. Shipped and running.

Client names stay private, the work does not. Each of these replaced a pile of spreadsheets, whiteboards, binders, and phone calls with a single system the whole company runs on.

Field + office · Equipment tracking

WellTrack: one system for the whole yard

The problem

An equipment rental operation ran on whiteboards, paper tickets, repair how-tos in binders, and a constant stream of calls and texts. Rentals went missing. Nobody could say what was out, where it was, or what it had earned.

What we built

One system everyone runs from, owner, office, repair, and field. Every asset checked in and out by QR code, live status on the board, plus repairs, billing, monthly reports, certifications, and transfers, all in one place instead of five.

HomePro: instant estimates and a backend that runs the business

The problem

A home-service business was losing jobs to slow quotes and losing track of everything after the sale, leads, follow-ups, financing objections, cash, and which customers were quietly heading toward a system failure.

What we built

Instant estimates that price a job on the spot, plus a complete backend OS. AI answers and qualifies every lead in seconds, builds the quote, and chases follow-ups, while the owner dashboard reads the business like a doctor reads vitals, close rate, cash runway, retention, and revenue in one live view.

Home service · Insurance billing

The insurance-billing back office, automated

The problem

A tree and storm-damage service did most of its work through insurance. Claims, adjusters, supplements, and invoices lived in email and spreadsheets. Money sat in 60 and 90 day aging, and nobody could say which carrier owed what.

What we built

A command center where every job carries its claim, adjuster, and billing. The system bills the carrier, tracks payments and balance due on each claim, ages the receivables, and flags the invoices awaiting payment, so the collection rate climbs and cash stops aging out.

Crew & Field Operations: the work, tracked as it happens

The problem

A mechanical contractor ran jobs on group texts and paper. The office could not see where crews were, what got done, or which jobs were making money until the paperwork trickled in days later, if it came back at all.

What we built

One operations system the office and the field share. A live dispatch board, mobile work orders with photos, parts, and time captured at the job, crew location and status, truck stock, and job cost that updates as the work happens instead of a week later.

Office + owner · Centralized intelligence

The Command Center: one brain over the whole company

The problem

The owner could not step away and the office worked half-blind. The real state of the business, jobs, cash, crews, leads, and aging, lived across a dozen tools and three people's heads. No single place showed the truth.

What we built

A centralized intelligence layer that pulls every system and agent into one command view. Live revenue, cash, capacity, and AR, the day's risks and wins surfaced as they happen, and drill-down into anything. The office runs the day from it, and the owner sees the whole company from their phone.

Digital employees · the agents

Hire the workers your systems are built from.

Every system we build is run by digital employees, AI agents that each own a job and never clock out. You hire them once. They work around the clock, do not quit, call in, or forget, and they make up the systems above. Here are the ones operators ask for most.

The Dispatcher
Answers every call and sends the right tech.

Routes each job by license, location, and travel time, and handles after-hours emergencies on its own. No more lost calls in the middle of a heat wave.

24/7 · never misses a call
The Estimator
Prices the job on the spot.

Builds the quote from your price book while the customer is still on the phone, so the slow quote stops losing you the work.

Instant · on every lead
The Closer
Chases every quote until it is won or dead.

Follows up, answers objections, drops in financing options, and wins back the cold bids your office forgot about.

Never forgets a follow-up
The Collector
Invoices at job close and gets you paid.

Generates the invoice from the job record, sends a payment link before the tech leaves the driveway, and chases anything unpaid until the cash lands.

Same-day cash
The Front Desk
Answers leads in 4 seconds, day or night.

Texts, web forms, and missed calls answered, qualified, and scored before a competitor even picks up the phone.

4-second response
The Parts Runner
Knows every truck and reorders before you run out.

Tracks van and yard stock, ties every part to the job, and never lets a tech show up to a job missing the part.

No more empty-handed trips
The Compliance Clerk
Renews every license and cert before it lapses.

Watches EPA, NATE, OSHA, backflow, and state licenses so an expired credential never turns into a fine or a shut-down job.

Zero expired credentials
The Recruiter
Sources and screens techs while you sleep.

Posts the role, screens applicants against your bar, and books the interviews, so the labor shortage stops running your calendar.

Always hiring
The Job-Cost Analyst
Tells you which jobs actually made money.

Captures actuals at close, compares them to the estimate, and flags the work and the crews quietly losing you margin.

Margin, by job and crew
The Maintenance Planner
Calls the failure before it becomes an emergency.

Watches equipment runtime and readings, flags the units about to fail, and books the proactive visit instead of the 2am callout.

Fewer breakdowns
The Account Manager
Renews agreements and brings customers back.

Fires service-agreement renewals 60 to 90 days out, asks for the review, and works referrals after every completed job.

Recurring revenue on autopilot
The Chief of Staff
Watches the whole operation and flags what needs you.

Pulls every agent and system into one board, then texts you the day's risks and wins before you have your coffee.

Your business on one screen
The leaks owners feel first

Four problems that quietly cost owners the most.

These come up in the first ten minutes of almost every audit, and they are the ones a system pays for itself by fixing.

Instant estimates

The quote that took three days lost the job.

The story

A home-service owner watched good leads go cold while quotes sat in someone's truck. The fast competitor down the road got there first, every time.

What we built

We built instant estimates off your price book. The customer gets a real, itemized price with financing attached while they are still on the phone or standing at the door.

Quotes in minutes, not days
The owner bottleneck

The business could not run without the owner in the room.

The story

Every dispatch call, every price, every approval ran through one person. He had not taken a real week off in years, and the day fell apart whenever he tried.

What we built

We built a command layer and a crew of agents that run the day, dispatch, quoting, follow-up, and billing, with the owner approving only what actually matters.

First week off in years, nothing broke
Unknown job margin

He found out a job lost money months after it was done.

The story

Estimates were guesses, and actual labor, materials, and rework never got tracked against them. The owner could not tell a profitable job from a money pit until the books closed, if ever.

What we built

We built live job costing that tracks everything, every hour, part, and change order, against the estimate, by job, by crew, and by service type, updated as the work happens.

Margin on every job, in real time
Parts & reordering

Techs kept showing up to jobs missing the part.

The story

Nobody knew what was on the trucks or the shelves. Crews drove back for parts, jobs stalled, and stock either ran out mid-job or piled up as dead cash in the warehouse.

What we built

We built parts and inventory tracking that reorders itself. It knows what is on every truck and shelf, ties each part to the job, and reorders automatically when stock drops below par.

No empty-handed trips, no dead stock
From the field

Real situations industrial operators are living with right now.

Pulled from real operations. If one of these is your Tuesday, that is exactly the kind of thing we build away.

Oil & gas

The field ticket nobody signed.

A crew finished at 2am and the paper ticket rode around in a truck for a week, never coded, the work sitting unbilled while AR aged past 60 days. We made tickets digital, signed on site, coded to the AFE, and pushed to billing the same shift.

Billed in days, not weeks
Manufacturing

The hot job that bumped everything.

A rush order jumped the queue on the whiteboard. Three jobs slipped, two shipped late, and nobody saw the cost until the customers called. We put work orders on live scheduling tied to real machine capacity, so the impact of every bump shows before you make it.

On-time shipments up, no surprise slips
Fabrication

The cert that expired mid-project.

A welder's AWS cert lapsed three weeks into a structural job, and every weld he laid was suddenly in question while the GC wanted documentation nobody had. We built a cert and WPS tracker that flags expirations before they hit a job and keeps the weld map per project.

Zero rework, traceability on demand
Heavy equipment

The machine that sat and still cost money.

A $400k excavator sat idle at one yard for six weeks while a crew rented the same machine across town, because nobody could see what was earning and what was parked. We put utilization across every yard on one board: status, location, and earnings per asset.

Idle iron back to work, rentals cut
Mining & aggregates

Production reported a day late.

Tonnage and downtime got written on a clipboard and keyed in the next morning, so the owner always ran yesterday's numbers a day too late to act. We capture shift logs at the face, with production, downtime, and fuel rolling up live.

Real numbers by the hour
Industrial contractor

The change order done on a handshake.

The super told the crew to add scope on a verbal okay. The work got done, never documented, and at closeout the GC refused to pay for what was not on paper. We capture field change orders with photos and a signature before the work starts, tied to the job.

Every extra documented and billed
Fleet & logistics

The DOT audit nobody was ready for.

DVIRs lived in glove boxes and driver hours in a binder, so when the audit notice came the office spent two weeks reconstructing records. We log ELD hours, DVIRs, and maintenance digitally and keep them audit-ready at all times.

Audit-ready in a click, not two weeks
Industrial services

The turnaround run on spreadsheets.

A plant shutdown with 300 tasks and a dozen subs was coordinated across a stack of spreadsheets and a group text. Tasks fell through and the plant came back online late. We put the whole turnaround on one board, every task, crew, and sub live, with daily progress to the client.

Back online on schedule
Multi-site

Three yards, three ways of doing everything.

An owner with three locations had three processes, three sets of spreadsheets, and no way to compare them, so the good site could not teach the struggling one. We put every site on one system with the owner's roll-up across all of them.

One playbook, every site, one screen
How it gets built

Custom does not mean slow.

We are operators, not an agency. We come in looking for what is broken, then build the fix and hand it over. Most builds are live in 30 days.

01

Delete

We audit your stack and cut everything nobody uses. Fewer tools and smaller bills on day one.

02

Connect

We wire what is left into one system so everything talks and nothing lives in someone's head.

03
